Payment & Cancellation Policy

To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required within 14 days after our booking confirmation.
This deposit secures your booking and is considered non-refundable.

The remaining 70% of the total amount is due no later than 15 days prior to the arrival date.
Your reservation is only considered fully confirmed once the full payment has been received within the specified deadlines.

Deposit Conditions

The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable. However, in case of cancellation, this amount is not lost — it can be
used as a booking credit for a future stay within 12 months from the date of the original reservation.

This credit can be applied toward a new booking with an approximately similar number of nights and guests, subject to availability
and current rates at the time of rebooking.
